The nicest place to stay when travelling to Puerto del Carmen. My experience was really enjoyable, everything was perfect.

The place was fairly clean and staff was courteous.

Room was bright and recently refurbished, had facilities we wanted. Appreciated fantastic views. All the staff was especially helpful and we had a quick check in. Plus their wifi was good.

I really enjoyed location and food. It was a peaceful area, an excellent base for me. The restaurant was lovely here, I had appetising dishes. I had a very enjoyable experience.

Amazing service, very professional stuff, historic location. It's non-smoking with lovely beds and scenic views. A short walk to the sandy beach.

Studio was bright and the food was exceptional. The view from my room was incredible. The pool was nice too. Absolutely perfect location to mini golf.

I loved our restful stay at this hotel, I recommend. The place was clean, staff was very responsive. The room was unique, fully-equipped and had balcony, coffee and terrace. The pool was incredible and I had selected drinks in the garden bar.

Staff and location were pleasant, I enjoyed every detail. Main bar was busy and reasonably priced. Pool was heated and there was a large restaurant on site. Furthermore, it had Wi Fi to keep me connected...

Plenty of fabulous food for meals. It had lovely swimming pool too: )

The staff was LOYAL and we enjoyed the poolside bar. Moreover, if you drive to Puerto del Carmen you can use its free parking. We had a relaxing time.

Hong kong island is just a walk down to the hotel. Great 3-star experience;))

the room faced the sea. la brisa, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.
